Wednesday 1st
Deacons’ Meeting: for the Deacons, church leaders, their families and that the Deacons and leaders will know God’s presence / leading / guidance as they meet tonight to discuss the work of the church. New Youth worker: that God will provide us with a full time youth worker.

Thursday 2nd
Redevelopment: that the work on the new Welcome Centre site will go according to plan. Also, that the new church concourse will provide a welcoming environment to engage with folk from outside the church.Friday 3
rd
Our Church Weekend Away: for God’s protection on the folk who are travelling to Letton Hall in Norfolk, for arrangements to go smoothly and for God’s blessing as we share this time together as His family.
Saturday 4th
Sunnyside Contact Centre: for Sandra and Herman and all the volunteers. Also, for the families who are experiencing the trauma of separation or divorce.
Sunday 5th
Barry: in respect of his involvement with Healthy Living Projects’ developments and staffing issues. Maria: that God would speak into the lives of the people she counsels and bring about lasting change.
Monday 6th
Prayer Walks: for righteousness, peace, law and order and the spread of the Gospel in Sunnyside, Meath, Dalkeith, Richmond and Grosvenor Roads which are being prayer-walked this month.
Tuesday 7th
Church Meeting: that God will lead and guide our discussions and decisions as our leaders and members meet this evening.
Wednesday 8th
Lunch Club: give thanks for Eric and Marian as they have faithfully led the group over many years. Pray for Denise and her volunteers (Marian Tilley / Chris Field) as they assume future responsibility
Volunteers: Pinder, Mindaugas, Pat, Olive, Angela, Beverley and Ilir who have taken on fabric, secretarial, housekeeping and finance responsibilities.
Thursday 9th
House Groups / small group meetings: that the folk attending will be strong in faith and the knowledge of God with endurance. More4Men discussion group: that the men who gather together will be blessed by this time of fellowship.
Friday 10th
Young Inspirations: that they will enrol sufficient new children into the club.
Saturday 11th
Menmeet: for the men who gather together this morning, that they will be blessed by this time of fellowship.
Sunday 12th
Youth Worship Band: for the band and young people who are involved in leading worship at both services this morning.
Monday 13th
Young at Heart: that they will be rejuvenated as they re-start in the new concourse today. Also, that they will settle in easily and for the return of members who have not been attending recently.
Tuesday 14th
Seniors’ Bible Study Group: (previously named Lent Group) that this weekly Bible study group for aged 60+, which recommences today at 10.30 am, will be well attended by folk from the church and particularly from “Young at Heart”.
Wednesday 15th
Michael, Naomi, Simon and Yvonne:
that they do not get distracted by people who are not serious about growing in Christ or who simply want to attack the Christian faith.
Thursday 16th
Young People: 1) for all the children and young people as they start the new academic year. Remember those starting a new school or 6
th form college and those moving from primary to secondary school as this is a crucial time 2) for those who are embarking on new A ‘level courses and other programmes of study. For those preparing to go to University, that they will grow significantly in their walk with God through this experience 3) that the young people will draw close to God and grow deeper in their relationship with Christ 4) that God will continue to sustain and give wisdom to the youth volunteers.
Friday 17th
Welcome Project: 1) that funding will continue to be found during the current difficult economic climate and that Redbridge Council specifically would release the final two quarterly payments of their grant 2) for the success of the Life Skills Programme for Homeless Adults run by Peter Vickers. Pray that, as it is being rolled out, each module will be a rewarding and fulfilling experience for each client taking part in the programme. Barnabas Workshops: for their work with unemployed people and that God will enable them/their clients to meet financial needs despite the testing economic times that our nation is presently facing.
Saturday 18th
Volunteers: thank God for all volunteers who serve in the life of the church and Healthy Living Projects. Where there are needs for more volunteers, pray that God will faithfully provide resources.
Sunday 19th
Crèche: thank God for the commitment of the staff week by week. Pray too for the babies, toddlers and their families. Shared Lunch: that folk will be blessed by this time of fellowship together.
Monday 20th
People in Need: for those in our fellowship who are unwell, lonely, shut-in, bereaved, feeling discouraged or hurt, that they will all know the Lord’s love, presence, peace, comfort and strength.
Tuesday 21st
Pram Club: that the volunteers will return with great enthusiasm this month to run the mums and toddlers group. Pre-School: as they enrol new children at the beginning of the school year.
Wednesday 22nd
CEP: for 1) the young people as they return to school; some will be changing schools; all will be having new teachers 2) the new teachers in schools 3) Neil and Rob with their busy timetable this month.
Thursday 23rd
Ladies Bible Study: that the purpose of God would be released in their lives with power and authority. More4Men discussion group: for the men as they meet again this month.
Friday 24th
Worship Group: as they prepare each week for worship on Sunday mornings. Pray that the Holy Spirit will help them to lift peoples’ eyes and hearts to God.
Saturday 25th
Masala Group: that the Lord will show them the best ways to reach out to Asians.
Sunday 26th
Jigsaw: that the children will grow in their personal relationships with God.
Monday 27th
Points of View: that it allows testimonies to be shared, deepens trust and avoids confrontation that stops serious questions from being asked. Angela and the Gospel Choir: that God will continue to use and richly bless their ministry and that their love for Him will be reflected in their singing and the smiles on their faces.
Tuesday 28th
Language Link: that the women will gain confidence and self worth by learning English at Language Link.
Wednesday 29th
Graham and Mairi McBain: that God will give them and their family wisdom, discernment and patience in their ministry at the church in Tirana, Albania.
Thursday 30th
Prayer Chain and prayer ministry: for all those involved in this ministry. Especially pray for all the folk who have requested God’s peace and awareness of His presence.
